The North Carolina Affordable Housing Conference is held at the Atlantic Union Bank Convention Center, formerly known as the Raleigh Convention Center in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina.

Hotels involved in the conference hotel block will never contact you via phone to reserve rooms. If you receive a phone call of this nature, please be advised that this is a known scam.
Parking Information:
Parking will not be provided, but is available from many public parking decks including the Marriott parking deck. Parking at the Marriott City Center will be $3 per hour with a daily maximum of $15.
Directions to the Marriott City Center (for parking):
1-40E toward Raleigh. S. Saunders St. exit - 298B toward downtown. Merge onto S. Saunders, 401 N. Continue on 401 N. Turn right onto Lenoir St. Parking garage will be on left entrance side of the hotel off Lenoir St.
Directions to the Raleigh Convention Center:
The Raleigh Convention Center is adjacent to the Red Hat Amphitheater and is located at 500 S. Salisbury St.
From Points West: 1-40E to exit 298B S. Saunders St.
From Points East: 64/264 to 1-440 east: merge onto 1-40W and exit at 298B S. Saunders St.
From Points South: US-1N to 1-40E; exit at 298B S. Saunders St.
From Points North: US-1S into the city - left on Lenoir St.
